Brenda'S Texas Barbecue Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 lb. brisket, trimmed, 1 to 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients.
Pour over brisket and let marinate overnight.
Fresh onion and celery can be added before baking. Remove celery, but bake in marinade.
