Breezy Puff Bowl
Breezy Puff Bowl is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. water, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. bisquick mix, 4 eggs and fresh fruit and ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 2 quart saucepan.
Add Bisquick mix all at once.
Stir vigorously over medium heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, with a spoon.
Continue beating until smooth. Spread in pie plate (do not spread up side).
Bake until center is dry, 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool completely.
Fill with fruit and/or ice cream.
Cut into wedges.
Serves 6 to 8.
