Breakfast Treats is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf bread, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Blend together the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and softened margarine.
Spread on bread (crusts trimmed); roll up as jelly roll.
Cut in thirds or halves, as desired.
Dip in melted butter.
Roll in 1 cup sugar mixed with 4 teaspoons cinnamon. Freeze on cookie sheet.
Wrap airtight.
