Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Breakfast Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, butter, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Remove crusts and butter bread slices.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Set aside. Brown sausage, drain and crumble.
Spoon over bread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Next, beat eggs, half and half and salt.
Pour over sausage mixture and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake in 350Β° oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until set.
