Breakfast Quiche
Breakfast Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for 9-inch pie shell, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. light cream or evaporated milk, 8 slices bacon, cooked and diced and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line pie pan with pastry; set aside.
Brown bacon slices; drain, dice and cool.
Combine eggs, cheese and onion salt in medium mixing bowl.
Stir in diced bacon.
Add cream or evaporated milk; blend well.
Pour egg mixture into pie shell; bake in a 375Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot in wedges.
Serves 6.
