Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 3/4 c. chopped spam, ham or sausage, 2 c. grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar), 5 eggs and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spread oil evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix beaten eggs, salt, chopped meat and grated cheese and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Add milk to sifted flour slowly; batter should be thin.
Add dash of salt and mix well.
Pour into an oiled pan and spread evenly.
Spoon egg mixture evenly onto batter.
Bake about 20 minutes.
