Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 5 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage until browned; drain and set aside.
Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
Place triangles in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Press bottom and sides to form a crust.
Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough.
Sprinkle hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese over sausage.
Combine eggs, milk and salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in additional 5 minutes.
