Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crescent rolls, 1 lb. pork sausage or 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces, 5 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 8 c. frozen shredded hash browns (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Oil 12-inch pizza pan (or 9 x 12-inch cake pan) with butter or cooking spray.
Unroll crescents and form crust on pan (pull to cover).
Brown sausage or bacon and drain well.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and butter.
Sprinkle over crust, meat, hash browns, egg mixture and cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
