Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar, swiss or monterey jack cheese (4 oz.) and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In skillet cook sausage until brown; drain off fat.
Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
Press over bottom and up sides; seal. Spoon on the sausage, then potatoes, then Cheddar.
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle on Parmesan.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
