Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 pkg. (8) refrigerator crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns, thawed, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage until brown; drain fat.
Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.
Sprinkle with potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
