Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 pkg. (8) refrigerator rolls, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix with rice.
Separate crescent rolls.
Place side by side in pizza pan and press together to form crust.
Combine eggs, rice and seasoning; set aside.
Spoon rice and sausage mixture over crust.
Top with cheese and pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
