Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage until browned; drain off fat.
Separate crescent dough in an ungreased pizza pan with points toward center.
Press pieces together.
Spoon sausage over crust.
Sprinkle with potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
A bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Chopped onion can also be added.
