Fry sausage.
Drain.
Fry potatoes in oil.
Drain.
Add bell pepper to potatoes.
Grate cheese.
Press rolls on pizza pan to form crust.
Add potatoes, sausage, cheese and pour beaten eggs over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
