Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. wheat flakes, 6 oz. shredded jarlsberg cheese (reserve 2 tbsp.), 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (reserve 2 tbsp.), 1 c. chopped pepper (red) and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Spray a 10-inch pizza pan with Pam; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except reserved cheese and sesame seed.
Spread cereal mixture in prepared pan to form a crust; sprinkle top with reserved cheese and seed.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Cool on rack at least 10 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges.
