Breakfast Or Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 lb. bulk pork sausage (hot or mild), 6 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. salt and butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Remove crusts
(optional); butter bread. Place in a
2-inch baking dish.
Crumble and cook sausage until browned.
Drain well.
Spoon over bread slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, half and half and cheese; mix well and cheese.
May be covered and chilled overnight. Remove for 15 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for about
45 minutes uncovered.
