Breakfast Omelet
Breakfast Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, whipped good with fork, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, 2 green onions, chopped, 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and broken up and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fold all ingredients together and pour into medium hot buttered skillet.
I usually use a Teflon nonstick skillet. After pouring into pan, watch carefully, then fold over with spatula.
Serve with hot buttered toast or hot biscuits.
