Breakfast Muffins
Breakfast Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix shortening, sugar and egg.
Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternately with milk.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
After baking, roll in melted margarine and then in cinnamon-sugar.
