Breakfast Muffins
Breakfast Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
In a bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
In another bowl, combine egg, milk and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Fill greased muffin pan (or line with baking cups) 2/3 full.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately dip tops into 3 tablespoons melted butter, then dip or sprinkle tops in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
