Breakfast Egg Cheese Casserole
Breakfast Egg Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 doz. eggs, 1 small can mushrooms and 1 c. ham or sausage (chunks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread 1 cup cheese in bottom of pan.
Break eggs on top (break yolks).
Spread ham or sausage and mushrooms over eggs.
Pour whipping cream over mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (lightly).
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
