Breakfast Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break up bread in bottom of casserole dish.
Cook the sausage and spread over bread.
Add the grated cheese over the sausage. Mix the last 3 ingredients and pour over the bread, cheese and sausage layers.
Prepare the night before and refrigerate.
Bake at 350Β° until eggs are set.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
