Breakfast Egg Casserole
Breakfast Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 slices bread, broken up in casserole dish, 1 lb. sausage, drain, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, 6 or 7 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown sausage and drain.
Place over bread broken up in casserole dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs and add milk, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over rest of casserole and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
