Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 8 slices bread, 2 c. milk, 2 c. cheddar cheese and 1/2 lb. bacon (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage and drain.
Break bread up in a 9 x 13-inch dish, slightly greased.
Mix 4 eggs and
1 1/2 cups milk and pour over bread.
Add cooked sausage (bacon, onion and pepper) and 2 cups cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day
Mix soup with 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
