Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. bulk sausage, 8 slices bread, cubed, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 4 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer: bread, cheese and sausage in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs with 2 cups milk.
Pour over layers.
Chill, covered, overnight.
Mix soup and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour over top of chilled mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
