Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 lb. pork sausage, 4 eggs and 3/4 tsp. dried mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been greased.
Place cheese on top of croutons.
Fry sausage and drain. Place on top of cheese.
Beat eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk together.
Pour over meat mixture.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight. In morning, pour 1/2 cup milk mixed with soup on top.
Bake in slow oven at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
