Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 6 slices bread, 2 c. milk, 1 lb. bulk sausage and 1 c. grated cheese (mild cheddar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage and drain.
I blot the sausage several times with paper towels to absorb as much grease as possible.
Beat eggs.
Tear bread and mix with milk.
Add to eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
Bake until set and beginning to brown.
Bake at 350Β°.
