Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. milk and 1 pkg. crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage and drain grease; set aside.
Take a glass casserole dish and grease it.
Line the dish with the crescent rolls.
Pour sausage on top of that.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the sausage.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
