Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, torn, 1 lb. bulk or link sausage or bacon, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place torn bread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Brown sausage or bacon and drain.
Spoon sausage or bacon over bread. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over sausage.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, dry mustard, salt and dash of pepper to eggs. Mix well.
Pour over ingredients in the pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
