Brown and cool sausage; beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and dry mustard, beat again.
Add bread (make into crumbs first) and stir. Add cheese, sausage, mushrooms and stir.
Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown around edges.
