Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1 lb. sausage (optional, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger), 6 eggs, 1 c. grated cheese and 1/2 small onion, minced (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown and crumble sausage with onion.
Drain.
Spoon sausage into a large greased casserole dish.
Tear bread in small pieces and place on top of sausage.
Beat eggs and milk in blender and pour over sausage and bread.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; put grated cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Cut into squares and serve.
