Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean sausage, 6 eggs, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 c. milk and 6 slices bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage.
Drain and cool. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard and beat again.
Add bread and stir until it softens.
Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand for a few minutes before cutting.
Serves 6.
