Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed bread, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 10 eggs, slightly beaten, 4 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Generously butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Arrange bread crumbs and sprinkle cheese over.
Add beaten eggs over bread and cheese/bread mixture in pan.
Sprinkle bacon and mushrooms over top.
Chill overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 hour.
(If it starts to brown, put foil over it.)
Will serve 10 to 12 people.
