Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ham, cut and cubed (may use sausage or bacon), 2 c. cheese (sharp, mozzarella), 6 eggs, 1 small can diced green chilies and hash brown potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In Pam sprayed casserole dish, cover bottom with hash brown potatoes.
Make sure potatoes are completely pressed and cover the casserole dish bottom.
Mix in bowl ham, cheese and diced green chilies.
Pour mixture of ham, cheese and diced green chilies over potatoes.
Beat the 6 eggs all together and pour over casserole, covering all the mixture.
(May have to use more eggs.)
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
(May be longer with electric oven.)
Serve with biscuits and gravy or by itself.
