Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 doz. eggs, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 4 c. milk and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook and crumble the sausage.
Use 13 x 19-inch baking dish. Make first layer crumbs, second layer sausage and third layer cheese.
Then alternate layers.
Beat eggs, salt, pepper and mustard and blend with milk.
Pour mixture over the layered casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Before serving, cut into squares.
Yields 12 servings.
