Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 slices bread, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 8 to 10 eggs and 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Lightly grease a casserole dish and line with bread slices. Cover bread with grated cheese then cover with sausage.
Mix together eggs with dash of garlic and mushrooms.
Pour egg mixture over sausage and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until center is set.
(Don't over bake or get too brown.)
