Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices buttered bread, cut into cubes, 1 lb. mild sausage, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (any kind), 5 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle cubed bread on bottom of greased 9 x 11-inch pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of bread.
Add cheese.
Combine eggs, salt, mustard and half and half.
Mix with whisk beater. Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, uncover and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
