Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 lb. sausage, 1 lb. frozen hash browns and picante sauce (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook sausage in large skillet until browned.
Add hash browns and cook until tender.
While cooking, beat together eggs and milk.
Add to sausage/hash brown mixture.
Cook until eggs are set (almost done).
Put in 4 ounces of cheese and cook until melted. Pour mixture into a sprayed 8 x 8-inch glass dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve with picante sauce (if desired).
