Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, butter, 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Remove crust from bread and lightly spread with butter.
Line casserole dish with bread. Cook and drain sausage; spoon sausage over bread and sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix egg, milk and salt.
Pour over cheese. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Remove 15 minutes before cooking.
Cook for 50 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
