Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. medium spicy sausage, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute sausage; drain.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread cubes, then sausage and then cheese.
Dot with butter.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
