Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 8 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Tear up bread slices, crusts removed and place in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inches).
Brown and drain sausage (drain off fat).
Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
