Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 bags frozen or dehydrated hash browns, 1/2 c. melted butter, salt and pepper, 1 doz. eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Place hash browns in dish.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onions together and pour over hash browns.
Use any kind of browned meat and spread over top and slightly press in.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Check with knife.
Grate cheese over top and bake until melted.
