Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. jimmy dean sausage, 1 can crescent rolls, 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage; drain well.
Spread rolls in bottom of a 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top rolls with sausage and cheese.
Heat eggs, milk and salt, but do not boil.
Stir with a wire whisk while heating.
Pour over sausage mixture in casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes, then bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
