Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage, 9 eggs, 3 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix together slightly beaten eggs, milk, salt, mustard, cheese and bread.
Add sausage.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May store in refrigerator overnight and bake in the morning. Serves 6 to 8.
