Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 1 lb. sausage, 1 c. shredded cheese, 4 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain sausage.
Layer bread, sausage and cheese twice in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix together eggs, 2 cups milk, mustard and onion.
Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients. Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with soup and pour over top of casserole.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve warm.
