Made with 1 lb. sausage, scramble fried and drained, 6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed, 1 1/2 c. grated longhorn cheese, 5 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place bread in bottom of greased casserole.
Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
