Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green onions, chopped, 1 green or red pepper, chopped, 1 pt. mushrooms, sliced, 16 slices bread, cut into cubes and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan.
Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 60 to 65 minutes.
Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve.
