Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. mild sausage, 6 eggs, beaten and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook sausage and break into small pieces.
Drain well. Break bread into 9x13 baking dish.
Add layer of sausage and a layer of cheese until all is used.
Beat eggs and add seasonings and milk. Pour over mixture and cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake one hour covered at 350Β°.
Great for brunch.
Serves 8.
