Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 eggs, 1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 1/2 lb. sausage (mild or hot), 3 c. milk and 3 slices white bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Slightly brown meat and drain on paper towels.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir in bread, meat and cheese. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
