Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 c. cheddar, grated, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 lb. bulk sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Tear up bread, put on bottom of pan.
Brown and drain sausage and put over bread.
Grate cheese and sprinkle over sausage.
Beat eggs and milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over top.
Can be stored overnight in fridge.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
