Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, buttered, 2 (12 oz.) pkg. smokies sausage, 1/2 lb. velveeta or cheddar cheese, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 6 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Break up bread into an oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sausage and cheese that has been cut into bite size pieces.
Add milk to eggs and beat well. Add salt, pepper and mustard; pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 350Β° oven.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
