Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork or turkey sausage, cooked and drained, 2 pieces white bread, 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk (skim), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook and drain sausage, then put in bottom of 9 x 12-inch glass pan.
Cut bread into cubes (without crust) and spread over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over bread cubes.
Mix well the eggs and milk.
Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Place in cold oven.
Cook at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
